My Why
Everyone experiences painful seasons in life and my calling in life is to help people. Not only do I help them understand themselves on a deeper level, I also equip them with knowledge and tools that will help reduce their pain and suffering.
I believe our futures are created and negotiated by us. Through the process of counseling, my clients learn how to create a more optimal future for themselves. I want to see others experience their lives as something of value and worth.
If we're going to experience painful seasons in life, we don't have to do it alone. I created Redwood Counseling, LLC as a way for people to have access to help, hope, & healing.
Services Offered
Redwood Counseling offers individual sessions for teens and adults as well as sessions for couples and families.

Private pay sessions are also available for all sessions. A Good Faith estimate will be provided in writing to all clients who choose not to use their insurance.
​
Please note - Walk & Talk and Group sessions are not eligible for insurance coverage & are private pay only.
​
In office & virtual appointents are available Thursdays through Sundays.

ALC supervision is provided in an individual & group format.

Teenagers 14 - 19 & adults can be seen in person as well as through our telehealth platform (certain restrictions apply)
Walk & Talk Sessions
Special 30 minute Walk & Talk sessions are available for established women clients in the mornings or can be added on before/ after regular sessions (certain restrictions apply).
Marital Sessions
Engaged & married couples can be seen in person as well as through our telehealth platform (certain restrictions apply).
Family Sessions
Family sessions are currently scheduled only for Friday afternoons, Saturdays, or Sunday afternoons. Family sessions are only conducted in person at this time.

Individual Sessions
Disconnect from the hectic world around you and saunter through the forest. Each monthly psychoeducation group will focus on specific topics such as boundaries, self-care, and the healing role nature can play in your life.

Counseling Supervision
I provide counseling supervision to Associate Licensed Counselors (ALCs) looking to meet their supervision requirements. If you're an ALC in need of supervision, please contact me for a screening interview. During this interview, we'll discuss your experience, needs, and assess if we are a good fit. From there we will review the supervision contract and then we can develop a supervision plan that best fits your goals and objectives.
